Our drop-in centre is an information, advice and support drop-in service designed to serve members of the community who live, work or study within Enfield and Haringey. Our aim is to become a one-stop shop offering a variety of services tailored directly towards the communities needs, this will include signposting them to relevant services, as well as offering them group and one-to-one sessions on a range of issues.
Our Dedicated detached & Outreach Team deliver on the spot, information and advice, support and guidance to those in need within a struggling community. Our aim is to be a familiar and regular addition to some of the toughest estates and areas within the borough including local crime hotspots providing various services to those who need it most.
Our new-targeted programmes will take a multi faceted approach to developing appropriate, adaptive resilience with a parent and child focus. This will consist of our team working with young peoples families to develop a range of targeted intervention programmes, training courses and support plans for families having multiple problems with their children or young people.
If you’re 16 to 25 years old and out of work. Help and support is available at our youth drop-in centre. One of our work coaches can give you information about programmes to help you prepare for, find and stay in work. You can also get access to our computers, take part in courses or complete your university, college or school work.
Our workshops explore work with children and young people in informal settings. Our workshops are suitable for young people who are interested in developing their existing knowledge and understanding. Some of the courses we offer rains from: Youth work, photography and media workshops, 3-D animation and game design, sports, youth leadership and many more.
Our new team of expert business individuals and advisers can give people living within Enfield and Haringey advice, guidance and support needed to help them set-up, sustain and grow their small business successfully.
Our business start-up workshops will be designed to give people much needed free help, support and advice.
Self-esteem, body image, how we relate to others and our overall identity are all intertwined with our sexuality. despite the importance of sexuality in our lives, we are often uncomfortable talking about these issues. We offer a variety of customised sexual health workshops to draw together the community and beyond. our team also offer Condon distribution services.
To best meet the community needs we have developed new event management workshops and community events designed to teach people how to plan, coordinate and put on local events to benefit the local community these events will be aimed at re-connecting people back into their communities and to help build peoples friendships, self-esteem, confidence and help to raise awareness.
